NORMAN – Four more University of Oklahoma baseball players heard their names called on the final day of the 2022 Major League Baseball Draft, as David Sandlin, Chazz Martinez, Javier Ramos and Jaret Godman were selected on Tuesday.

NORMAN – Redshirt freshman right-hander Cade Horton was selected seventh overall by the Chicago Cubs, and three Sooners were picked Sunday night on the first day of the 2022 Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft, held in Los Angeles.

Oklahoma Baseball continues its pipeline to the pros, with several more Sooners expected to heard their name called in the 2022 Major League Baseball First Year Player Draft.

Oklahoma alumnus Yul Moldauer claimed second in the individual all-around at Friday’s Pan American Championships in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The former Sooner won event titles on floor exercise, pommel horse and parallel bars while leading the United States to first place.
