During the 2021 campaign, Brito started 53 games for UO at shortstop, where she quickly made a name for herself among conference ranks. By seasonβs end, she recorded 10 home runs and 31 RBI behind a .299 batting average while being named to the All-Pac-12 Freshman and Defensive teams.

Brito joins former North Texas pitcher Hope Trautwein as big-time transfers who have elected to team up with Oklahoma for the coming 2022 season.
