Oklahoma State is ranked higher in the polls and stands higher in the conference standings, but the 12th-ranked Pokes will enter their Week 7 matchup against No. 25 Texas as a touchdown underdog on the road, according to Vegas Insider.
OSU opened as a 5-point underdog in the matchup but that line has since moved to Texas -6 as of Monday.
Barring a wild swing, it will mark just the second time this season that OSU will be an underdog in a game and it marks the second time it will happen on the road. OSU was also a slight underdog against Boise State in the nonconference slate before taking that one on the road, 21-20, despite a shorthanded skill group that led to a meager 6-of-13 passing line from Spencer Sanders.
Texas has an explosive offense that should be a real threat to OSU and its defense this week but the Longhorns have lost twice this season. They fell 41-20 to Arkansas in Week 2 and are coming off a stunning collapse to rival Oklahoma from Saturday in which they lost 55-48.
