Oklahoma State is ranked No. 22 in the preseason Coaches Poll, which was released via USA Today on Tuesday. It’s the second consecutive season the Cowboys are ranked in the poll entering the preseason.
OSU started last year at No. 16 in the poll then finished the year at No. 19 after an 8-3 campaign. It puts OSU fourth among all Big 12 teams behind OU (No. 3), Iowa State (No. 8) and Texas (No. 19). TCU and West Virginia received votes in the poll but were not ranked. (First place votes below are in parenthesis.)
