NORMAN — Tight end/H-Back Jeremiah Hall and punter Michael Turk were named to the All-Big 12 First Team and Oklahoma garnered seven All-Big 12 Second Team honors, as announced by the conference office on Thursday. Selections were made by the league’s head coaches, who were not permitted to vote for their own players.
